Terms of use and sale
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who provides the service
Dropbeep is provided by Amin Tahtah Toumi. All their details are in the legal notice. By installing the extension or using Dropbeep you accept these terms.
2. What Dropbeep is
Dropbeep is a browser extension that watches the price of the products you choose in online stores and tells you when it drops or is back in stock. Dropbeep doesn’t sell products and isn’t connected to the stores: you always buy from the store, on its terms.
3. Your account
You can use Dropbeep without an account, with one product. Signing in with Google gives you an account, which plans require. You’re responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it, with all your data, at any time from Settings → Delete account and data.
4. Plans and prices
- Free: free, up to 4 products, checked every 60 minutes.
- Plus: up to 30 products, checked every 60 minutes, with email and Telegram alerts.
- Pro: up to 120 products, checked every 30 minutes, with everything in Plus, full history and export.
Current prices are on the pricing page and are shown, with any applicable taxes, before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the extension: Settings → Manage Subscription. You keep the plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for and aren’t charged again. Cancelling doesn’t refund the current period, except as set out in the next section.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 calendar days of buying it, without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement of your decision at [email protected] or through the contact form; it is enough to send it before the period ends.
Because the service starts as soon as you pay, at your request, if you withdraw we will refund what you paid minus the proportional part of the service already provided up to the day you tell us. We will refund you within 14 days at most, to the same payment method, and your plan will go back to Free.
Outside this period, payments and renewals aren’t refunded, unless the law requires it or the service didn’t work for reasons within our control.
7. Changing plans
Upgrades take effect right away and Stripe prorates the amount. If you downgrade, or your plan ends, products over the new limit are paused, not deleted: they’re watched again if you upgrade again.
8. Price changes
If we change a plan’s price, we’ll email you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then if you prefer.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use Dropbeep for illegal purposes, to overload the service or the stores, or create accounts or installs automatically to get around plan limits. If you do, we may suspend your account.
10. Price accuracy
The prices Dropbeep shows are read from the stores at each check and may be delayed or wrong: a store can change its price between checks, show different prices by country, or block reading. Always check the final price in the store before buying. Dropbeep isn’t responsible for your purchase decisions.
11. Availability
We do our best to keep Dropbeep working at all times and with every store, but we can’t guarantee it: stores can change their pages or prevent prices from being read, and the service may stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. This limit doesn’t apply where the law doesn’t allow it, in particular to your rights under consumer protection law, or in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Inactivity and closing accounts
To avoid spending resources on abandoned accounts, checks are spaced out or paused, and accounts deleted, after periods of inactivity, as the privacy policy explains. Paid plans aren’t affected.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in advance by email or in the extension. If you don’t agree, you can cancel your plan and delete your account.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live and keep the rights your country’s consumer law gives you.
16. Contact
For any question about these terms, write to us at [email protected] or through the contact form.
